An insurance replacement valuation is a service that Madden can provide to any property type. A replacement cost estimate is best provided by a Quantity Surveyor and is used should a building be damaged, irreparably or otherwise, during a period of insurance. The assessment is used by the buildings insurer to calculate the premium for defined risks and to set the limit of indemnity on which the insurance is based. At Madden, our cost assessment will include all costs necessary to replace, repair or rebuild a building destroyed or damaged.
